Summary: The role of HR Business Process Analyst focuses on transforming HR processes related to Hire2Retire, Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML). Reporting to the Head of Transformation, the analyst will be responsible for redesigning business processes and the Target Operating Model for HR functions. The position requires a deep understanding of HR workflows and the ability to implement data-driven improvements. The contract is initially for three months with the potential for extension, and the working arrangement is hybrid, requiring three days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rewrite business processes and design the Target Operating Model for HR Hire2Retire, JML, and Employee Lifecycle.
  • Analyze HR operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives, including process re-engineering and automation.
  • Engage stakeholders and manage change to ensure successful adoption of new HR processes.
  • Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as an HR Business Analyst with a focus on Hire2Retire and JML processes.
  • Strong expertise in HR process design and transformation.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and gain stakeholder buy-in for process changes.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, preferably HiBob.
  • Proficient in change management and stakeholder engagement.

Salary (Rate): 550
