Summary: The HR Business Partner for Strategic Projects at StandardAero will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering key HR initiatives focused on Compensation and Industrial Relations within a global aviation service company. Reporting to the UK Senior HR Director, this position requires collaboration with senior leadership and global HR partners to implement strategic projects that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. The role is based at the Fleetlands facility in Gosport, England, and emphasizes a commitment to integrity and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads, plans, and implements key strategic HR projects as directed by the UK Senior HR Director.
  • Deploys the StandardAero compensation structure to Collective roles in the UK.
  • Designs and manages the UK employee engagement strategy.
  • Develops and deploys apprenticeship schemes.
  • Oversees integration activities and contract standardization.
  • Collaborates with global HR Central Function partners for alignment and support.
  • Develops creative solutions to business challenges and cultural change.
  • Participates in site-wide and company-wide HR initiatives as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
