Summary: The HR Business Partner role at a reputable Accountancy Firm involves shaping and implementing people strategies aligned with business objectives. This interim position offers a blend of strategic influence and hands-on engagement, focusing on enhancing organizational capabilities and employee engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to drive meaningful change within a collaborative environment. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide expert HR advice and add value to the organization.
  • Shape and implement effective people strategies aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including escalated employee relations cases and performance improvement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions for workforce planning and organizational change initiatives.
  • Support talent development and ensure HR policies are in line with industry best practices.

Key Skills:

  • HRBP experience within Accounting or Legal sectors.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good knowledge of technical and legislative requirements in HR.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to influence across various business areas.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify solutions.
  • Self-starter with adaptability to different business needs.
