Summary: The HR Business Partner / People Partner role is focused on supporting operational leaders within a premium hospitality group across multiple locations in Dublin. This hands-on position requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage complex employee relations matters in a fast-paced environment. The role offers flexibility with options for a four or five-day work week, catering to the needs of the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and investigations
- Advising and coaching managers on Irish employment law and HR best practice
- Managing ER cases through to conclusion, including WRC preparation where required
- Supporting organisational change, engagement and performance initiatives
- Building trusted relationships with managers while providing confident, commercial HR advice
Key Skills:
- Experience as a HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor
- Strong employee relations experience with confidence managing complex cases independently
- Exposure to WRC cases and Irish employment legislation
- Experience partnering with operational leaders in hospitality, hotels, retail, foodservice or another fast-paced, multi-site environment
- The confidence to influence, challenge and coach managers where appropriate
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
