Summary: The HR Business Partner role is a part-time position focused on providing operational support to leaders and managers within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery and implementation of the people strategy
- Establishing and developing relationships with people leaders and managers
- Coaching, advising, challenging, and influencing to ensure alignment with policies and best practices
- Delivering sound generalist HR operational advice
- Supporting the implementation of change management processes
- Contributing to the development of a new approach from the People Business Partner team
