Summary: The HR Business Partner role is a part-time position focused on providing operational support to leaders and managers within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery and implementation of the people strategy
  • Establishing and developing relationships with people leaders and managers
  • Coaching, advising, challenging, and influencing to ensure alignment with policies and best practices
  • Delivering sound generalist HR operational advice
  • Supporting the implementation of change management processes
  • Contributing to the development of a new approach from the People Business Partner team
