Summary: The HR Business Partner role involves supporting HR activities within a fast-paced organization on a 3-month contract. The position requires a hybrid working arrangement and focuses on understanding business needs, managing talent, and driving HR initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration across HR functions and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The candidate will also need to translate strategic HR requirements into actionable insights for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Garner a deep understanding of the divisions business and people, their aspirations, specific challenges and strategic business objectives, focusing on present and future talent requirements (internal and external)
- Deploys recruitment, performance, succession planning, talent management and organisation development to deliver strong impact of critical HR processes
- Leads the business through people elements of transformational change ensuring a consistent and robust approach for efficiency and engagement
- Collaborates across the total HR function to enable development of relevant HR initiatives, and leads delivery across all areas of HR back into the business, delivering a seamless experience for employees and managers
- Builds effective and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients across the business at all levels of the organisation
- Able to convert data into insights to inform proposals and influence people matters to solve business challenges or opportunities
- Understands external market changes, challenges and opportunities and can apply learnings internally
Key Skills:
- Exposure to and experience in international matrixed organisations and demonstrable track record within similar fast paced, dynamic sectors where challenges are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Experience as a Business Partner with a solid understanding of all HR disciplines.
- Experience of supporting leaders and partnering in an international and complex business, working across cultures and building and maintaining relationships virtually
- Translating strategic people requirements and regional context into language with which the wider business can engage and operate
- A hands-on HR practitioner. In this role, you will work on both strategic and operational HR matters developing effective relationships with key stakeholders
- A business savvy HR professional with strong transformation and change experience, who demonstrates change agility and can see the talent strategy as an enabler of business success
- Approachable and innovative, able to proactively streamline and simplify processes and problem-solve using technology based solutions to drive automation and scalability
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to navigate solutions in an in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment with a varied workload
- Able to challenge confidently whilst maintaining credible relationships as well as handling a range of difficult conversations and situations

Our client, a fast paced organisation, are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join on a 3 month basis. The role will be assisting the team on HR activities and the role will be working on a Hybrid basis.
