Summary: SF Partners is seeking an interim HR Business Partner for a blue-collar business undergoing significant structural changes. The role involves providing hands-on HR support during a transition period, focusing on employee relations and documentation management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end redundancy processes including
- Provide hands-on support for a variety of ER matters including grievances and capability concerns.
- Advise line managers on adhering to policy and process, ensuring best practice and legal compliance.
- Prepare documentation, investigation notes, outcome letters and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate HR records, tracking processes, outcomes and timelines.
- Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure consistency of messaging and approach across sites.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in redundancy.
- Confident leading consultation meetings (individual and collective).
- Strong employee relations experience, including grievance handling.
- Ability to work independently and travel to multiple sites when required.
Salary (Rate): £50,000 yearly
