Key Responsibilities:

- Support managers with complex casework including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and capability issues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practice
- Analyse workforce data and provide insight to inform decision-making
- Promote positive employee relations and support wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Ensure HR practices comply with employment legislation and local authority requirements
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Experience working within a local authority or public sector environment is highly desirable
- CIPD Qualified
