About The Job We’re looking for a confident and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and help shape the future of cardfactory’s retail sector. This role is based in our Wakefield office for around 2-3 times per week. There will also be an occasional need to travel to stores across the UK, so a driving licence is preferred. You’ll lead the delivery of our people plan across multiple divisions, working closely with senior leaders to drive performance, engagement and change. You’ll monitor HR metrics, analyse trends, and take proactive action to address root causes. You’ll also manage people projects and change initiatives, provide expert guidance on employment law and employee relations with a focus on creating a positive and high-performing culture.
