- Playing a leading role in restructuring and change programmes, including project planning, producing business cases and impact assessments, and producing HR case plans.
- Providing direct, expert guidance to decision-makers throughout all stages of formal procedures.
- Providing support and expertise to senior HR colleagues to develop, progress and implement people management solutions.
- Forging close and influential working relationships with internal stakeholders.

- Experience and knowledge of HR issues, legislation, policies and procedures.
- Ability to operate in a high tempo environment, within a complex organisation.
