Summary: We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a four-month fixed-term contract within a forward-thinking organization. This hands-on role focuses on strategic HR initiatives, particularly in Employee Relations across the UK. The position involves acting as a trusted advisor to managers and shaping the People strategy to enhance workplace culture and capability. The role requires significant expertise in UK employment law and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the People Plan for Central Functions, support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Act as subject matter expert for complex ER matters, provide guidance on employment law compliance, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation. Lead frameworks and training to strengthen manager capability
  • Oversee recruitment, HR administration, performance management, and training programs. Coach managers to enhance leadership and organisational capability
  • Analyse HR metrics, maintain compliance with UK employment law, and ensure policies and processes are up-to-date and consistently applied

Key Skills:

  • Significant experience in HR business partnering, ideally supporting Central Functions or similar corporate areas

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation on a four-month fixed term contract, making a real difference in how businesses operate. This is a hands-on HR role with a strategic focus, supporting Central Functions while leading Employee Relations initiatives across the UK.

This is a pivotal role in shaping the People strategy and delivering impactful HR solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance across the employee lifecycle and offering deep expertise in UK employee relations. You'll contribute to a positive workplace culture and help develop the organisation's People capability for the future.

AS HR Business Partner you will be responsible for:
