Summary: The HR Business Partner role involves collaborating with senior leadership in Southampton to provide strategic HR guidance on complex people-management issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues.
- Develop and implement recruitment, retention, and development strategies.
- Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and best practices.
- Support managers in performance appraisals and employee development plans.
- Lead HR initiatives related to organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions.
Key Skills:
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a Senior HR advisory or HR Business Partner role within complex large-scale unionised environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
