Key Responsibilities:
- Providing professional HR advice and support on a full range of HR issues ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements
- Guiding and influencing managers, including the strategic leadership team
- Resolving complex casework
- Ensuring effective management of people through consistent application of HR policies
- Training and coaching managers to enhance leadership capabilities
- Delivering solutions to employee-related issues
- Collaborating with managers for one-to-one meetings, investigations, and hearings
- Advising on HR policy and procedure
- Preparing reports and briefings on employment matters
- Building professional partnerships with key stakeholders
- Leading research for the development of employment policies
- Consulting with representative bodies on projects and policy development
- Developing and issuing employment contracts
- Conducting job evaluation analysis and grading assessments
Key Skills:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
- Experience in a similar HR role
