Summary: The HR Business Partner role at esure is a pivotal position aimed at supporting the Lead HRBPs and organizational leaders in delivering comprehensive people initiatives during a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities, managing talent, and fostering employee engagement through proactive coaching and project leadership. Candidates are expected to bring extensive HR experience and a strong ability to analyze people data to drive actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead HRBPs to deliver and embed the annual cycle of enterprise-wide people initiatives.
- Build relationships with leaders across the organization, being a visible and proactive presence in the business.
- Support the implementation of new people-focused initiatives/projects.
- Lead on various projects to improve leadership capability and resolve broader business challenges.
- Work with leaders to embed the performance cycle, set objectives, measure results, and upskill leaders.
- Coach leaders to solve engagement challenges quickly and confidently.
- Raise awareness of the I&D agenda and produce functional action plans.
- Collate relevant MI to analyze trends and provide valuable insights to the business.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a senior HR role advising and supporting management on complex HR issues.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to provide thoughtful solutions.
- Experience in leading and delivering people projects/process improvements end to end.
- Ability to analyze people data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Proven knowledge of employment legislation.
- Understanding of the Senior Manager Certification Regime and compliance processes.
