Summary: The HR Business Partner at esure Group will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department and leadership teams to enhance people capabilities and drive engagement initiatives. This position involves collaborating with line managers to implement people-focused projects and improve overall organizational performance. The role is based on a 12-month fixed-term contract and emphasizes building strong relationships within the business to address HR challenges effectively. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights to inform strategies and initiatives that align with the company's mission of revolutionizing insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead HRBPs in delivering and embedding annual enterprise-wide people initiatives.
- Build relationships with leaders across the organization, maintaining a visible and proactive presence.
- Support the implementation of new people-focused initiatives and projects.
- Lead projects aimed at improving leadership capability and addressing business challenges.
- Work with leaders to embed the performance cycle and facilitate regular people conversations.
- Coach leaders on engagement challenges and educate them on best practices.
- Raise awareness of the inclusion and diversity agenda and produce functional action plans.
- Analyze relevant management information to provide valuable insights to the business.
