The Role
As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with managers and stakeholders to provide expert HR advice and support across a range of employee relations and people-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities for the HR Business partner role:
- Providing HR advice and guidance to managers
- Supporting employee relations casework
- Advising on performance management, absence management and disciplinary matters
- Assisting with organisational change and workforce planning
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently
- Supporting recruitment and retention strategies
Requirements for the Business Partner role:
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
- Strong employee relations knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD qualification
- Experience working in the Education sector
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
