Summary: The HR Business Partner role is an interim position for 6-12 months within a manufacturing organization in Redditch, offering both full-time and part-time hours. Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for a wide range of employee relations casework, providing timely and first-class HR advice.
  • Liaise with trade unions onsite.
  • Provide data-analysis to management and leadership around the employee relations casework, assisting to identify trends.
  • Upskill line managers to deal with people matters effectively.
  • Support with the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
  • Support with continuous improvement to elevate the HR function to the business.
  • Support with other generalist HR matters as and when required.
  • Support the CPO with HR projects and initiatives as and when required.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within an industrial/manufacturing (or similar) setting.
  • Competent at dealing with a wide range of employee relations casework.
  • Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced, changeable environment.

Description
Working within a small HR Team, the role of HR Business Partner will provide first-class HR support to a wide range of stakeholders at this busy manufacturing site. This will include but not limited to:
