Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for a wide range of employee relations casework, providing timely and first-class HR advice.
- Liaise with trade unions onsite.
- Provide data-analysis to management and leadership around the employee relations casework, assisting to identify trends.
- Upskill line managers to deal with people matters effectively.
- Support with the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
- Support with continuous improvement to elevate the HR function to the business.
- Support with other generalist HR matters as and when required.
- Support the CPO with HR projects and initiatives as and when required.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role within an industrial/manufacturing (or similar) setting.
- Competent at dealing with a wide range of employee relations casework.
- Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced, changeable environment.

Description
Working within a small HR Team, the role of HR Business Partner will provide first-class HR support to a wide range of stakeholders at this busy manufacturing site. This will include but not limited to:
