Summary: The HR Business Partner role at a progressive commercial business in Portsmouth involves strategic project delivery and operational HR responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop strategic HR projects such as employee engagement and apprenticeship schemes.
- Coach and upskill managers in people management skills.
- Interpret HR needs across departments and provide commercial advice.
- Update and standardise HR policies and procedures.
Key Skills:
- CIPD qualified with proven experience as a HR Business Partner.
- Experience in HR change management and TUPE.
- Ability to manage various projects and work with a blue-collar workforce.
- Strong influencing skills with stakeholders across the business.
- Commercially astute with practical HR application knowledge.
