Summary: The HR Business Partner role involves providing strategic HR support to various internal and external customers, including educational institutions. The position requires significant HR experience and the ability to deliver business-focused solutions while promoting a positive organizational culture. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model, with part of the week spent on campus at the University of South Wales. Two fixed-term positions are available, with varying full-time equivalents and end dates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR Business Partner support to internal and external customers.
- Deliver strategic business-focused advice to Senior Management on HR and OD services.
- Act as a change agent, supporting change initiatives and promoting desired organizational culture.
- Build effective working relationships with various customer groups.
- Support the people plan by applying good HR practices.
