  • Advising and coaching managers on employee relations issues for fair outcomes.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align business strategies with organizational goals.
  • Supporting managers in driving a culture of performance management.
  • Leading and supporting key HR projects, including organizational change initiatives.
  • Ensuring HR policies and processes are up to date with UK employment law.
  • Collaborating with business leaders and Talent Acquisition on resourcing requirements.
  • Supporting the development of competitive salary structures aligned with the company’s reward strategy.
  • Assisting in employee engagement initiatives that align with company values.
