Working closely with the HR leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of HR services whilst supporting business-as-usual operations during a significant HR systems implementation project.

Key Responsibilities

  • A hands-on approach with the willingness to support HR administration when required.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred).
  • Experience supporting HR systems or projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
