Summary: The HR Business Partner (BP) role is a 15-month fixed-term contract focused on providing expert HR support across multiple sites in the UK for a successful manufacturing organization. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders on workforce strategies, overseeing talent management, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. The role also includes delivering training programs and supporting organizational change initiatives. Working as part of the HR team, the HR BP will support various stakeholders across multiple sites in the UK.
You role will include, but not limited to;
-Provide expert HR advice and guidance
