Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust and scalable recruitment strategy
- Ensure smooth operation of HR processes, administration, and Employee Relations cases
- Train and coach managers in line with company values
- Streamline processes and own the overall operational people plan
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality processes
- Lead the analysis of existing delivery methodology to identify areas for improvement
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact of optimised services
