Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operation of HR processes, administration, and Employee Relations cases
  • Train and coach managers in line with company values
  • Streamline processes and own the overall operational people plan
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality processes
  • Lead the analysis of existing delivery methodology to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact of optimised services
