The HR Business Partner will play a key role in providing strategic and operational HR support within the life sciences industry. This fixed-term contract role focuses on driving people strategies and delivering HR solutions that align with business objectives.

Client Details

You'll be supporting two sites for this heavily matrix organisation - your home office will be based in High Wycombe with regular travel to Leicestershire. You will be the only member of the HR team supporting these sites, so ability to work in an autonomous fashion is necessary! However, you will be supported by a large & friendly HR team who are regionally based. The company is known for its forward-thinking approach and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
