- Support non-operational functions including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Hospitality, and Whisky Creation.
- Deliver HR projects and initiatives within designated business areas.
- Provide expert HR advice to ensure organizational changes are understood and implemented.
- Manage headcount planning budgets for business areas.
- Conduct career conversations to support employee mobility and progression.
- Coach managers on inclusive recruitment processes and best practice selection.
- Ensure effective management of employee relations cases.
- Support the ICR process and coach managers on compensation conversations.
- Anticipate internal and external trends affecting business operations.
