Key Responsibilities:

  • Support non-operational functions including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Hospitality, and Whisky Creation.
  • Deliver HR projects and initiatives within designated business areas.
  • Provide expert HR advice to ensure organizational changes are understood and implemented.
  • Manage headcount planning budgets for business areas.
  • Conduct career conversations to support employee mobility and progression.
  • Coach managers on inclusive recruitment processes and best practice selection.
  • Ensure effective management of employee relations cases.
  • Support the ICR process and coach managers on compensation conversations.
  • Anticipate internal and external trends affecting business operations.
