Are you an experienced HR professional ready to lead strategic workforce initiatives and drive organisational development? We're seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join a high-performing team and support a large, complex Public Sector organisation through transformational change.
In this role, you'll act as the lead specialist for People, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and OD within designated care groups. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape workforce strategy, manage complex ER cases, and deliver high-impact HR solutions aligned with organisational goals.

- Experience in a large, complex unionised organisation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - with proven ability to work with, gain the confidence of, and influence people at all levels
- Ability to quickly establish professional and credible working relationships with managers and staff, instilling confidence
- Able to foster powerful and productive collaborative working relationships internally and externally, with multi agency professional groups.
