Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:

We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Bristol (with travel to other offices across the UK and Northern Ireland as required). This role is being offered on a full-time basis for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Your Role
As a HR Business Partner your day to day remit includes:
- Working as a true partner to the aligned Group and Teams, gaining a deep knowledge of the Group in order to provide consultancy, expert HR advice and commercial options to support the people strategy
- Building strong relationships with Partners and other managers across the aligned Group in order to appropriately influence to drive people and organisational performance
- Developing and implementing a People Plan with the aligned Group to support the achievement of Group business plans, drive high performance and organisation effectiveness
- To work with the aligned Group and specialist teams to implement key strategic initiatives relating to areas such as Talent & Succession, Performance & Reward, Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing and CSR
- Working with the HR Advisor team to spot trends and examples of poor practice or procedure in the aligned business area and challenge and coach the management team to improve
- Responsible for supporting managers with case management for employee relations issues
- Developing and monitoring the Group Resource plan and working with Recruitment to implement this, designing and implementing interventions as necessary
- Partnering with the Group Partners with their Future Talent and Early Careers processes such as Graduate and Apprenticeship recruitment
- Working with the Organisation Development team to identify current and future skills gaps across the Group and design relevant interventions
- Working with Reward to ensure a consistent approach to reward is maintained across the Firm
- Supporting Senior HR BP in implementing change and transformation programmes across the aligned Group and wider firm.
- Supporting Senior HR BP on any people related organisation change programmes to include restructure and TUPE as appropriate
- Supporting Senior HR BP in designing and implementing project activity on behalf of the function
- Analysing and interpreting trends in management information to design appropriate interventions and initiatives
- Staying up-to-date on legal requirements related to employment law, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Acting as a champion of the Firm's approach to Diversity and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility
Your Skills and Experience
An experienced HR generalist with a track record of operating within a HR team
Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
Excellent technical HR Knowledge - CIPD qualified or relevant experience to demonstrate level of competence.
Experience of working in a partnership organisation desirable.
Evidence of building strong working relationships and coaching and influencing managers in order to improve people management
Change management experience including experience of organisation restructure and/or TUPE
Demonstrates strong business/commercial approach and understanding of business needs
Excellent knowledge of employment law and strong employee relations experience with experience of managing complex cases
Excellent communication skills and organisational skills, able to prioritise multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
Strong problem solving skills, willingness to share knowledge and experience to mentor colleagues across the team
Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft office packages
A willingness to travel to different UK locations to support offices across Great Britain
