Summary: The HR Business Partner role based in Chesterfield involves providing generalist HR services to a manufacturing business with a presence across five UK sites. The position requires travel to other sites 1-2 days per week and focuses on managing the HR lifecycle for approximately 100 employees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR function in a blue-collar manufacturing environment.
  • Handle TUPE processes in line with growth and acquisition plans.
  • Travel to other sites as required, 1-2 days per week.
