Summary: Carbon60 is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team in Newport on a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the HR People Tempo of Performance Review, Salary Review, and Team Review within the business scope
- Contributing to the company's workplace culture by promoting the organization's values
- Ensuring the application of consequential management in collaboration with the Employee Relations team
- Supporting managers in managing change, with a focus on the human aspects of change
- Driving people development through coaching and encouraging managers to create an engaging environment
- Liaising with managers, Occupational Health, and employees to increase workplace attendance and implement the Absence Management policy
- Undertaking recruitment interviews and Graduate/Apprentice Assessment events as required
- Producing monthly data packs and reports for management review meetings
