Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner to managers across the organisation
- Provide confident advice and support across a range of complex people matters
- Help managers develop their skills and confidence when leading their teams
- Play an active role in people-focused projects and periods of organisational change
- Support the development, progression and retention of talent across the business
- Use HR information and trends to identify areas for improvement and support effective decision-making
- Help identify smarter and more efficient ways of working across the People function
- Explore opportunities to make better use of technology and AI within HR
Desired Background
- Previous experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or comparable generalist position
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent practical experience
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law with solid employee relations experience
- Comfortable using data and insight as part of your approach to HR
- Previous exposure to AI or technology-led HR improvements would be particularly interesting
