Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing business-specific people strategies and consultative services to enhance organizational capability.
  • Influencing, supporting, and coaching leaders on all People matters to ensure high-quality delivery of People services.
  • Challenging and advising leaders on the design and development of People initiatives to foster a high-performing organization.
  • Analyzing people management information and metrics to provide solutions for service improvements.
  • Facilitating organizational development and change initiatives to drive the change agenda and people strategies.
  • Leading key people projects and programs in support of the People strategy.

Key Skills:

  • Chartered Member of CIPD (MCIPD) or relevant HR experience with a willingness to work towards CIPD within 2 years.
  • Experience in leading high-profile people programs, including consultation and negotiation with Trade Unions and Senior Managers.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of HR strategies and policies with the ability to interpret and implement them.
  • Experience in communicating complex HR information effectively to managers and suggesting pragmatic solutions.
  • Able to work with Senior Managers to identify challenges and drive improvements using relevant expertise.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, and work independently.
