We’re seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our client's team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in York with hybrid working, this is an exciting opportunity to work within a large, people-focused organisation made up of independent businesses across the UK.

The Role

You'll play a critical role in supporting managers with complex employee relations matters—performance, grievance, disciplinary, restructures, and conflict resolution—while contributing to broader HR strategy and improvement projects.
