Summary: The role of HR Business Partner - Change involves providing strategic HR support within a South London organization as part of the Transformation Team. The position focuses on facilitating the Target Operating Model transformation program by partnering with leaders and stakeholders to implement effective people strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR support and coaching to leaders and stakeholders.
- Influence and challenge existing ways of working and behaviors.
- Develop and implement future-focused people strategies.
- Support the organizational-wide Target Operating Model transformation program.
- Engage in change management programs, including the full consultation process.
Key Skills:
- CIPD Level 7 equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in change management programs.
- Experience in the Public Sector, ideally within the NHS or Local Government.
- Ability to provide high-level HR support and coaching.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.

We are supporting a South London organisation in their search for 2 x HR Business Partners to be part of the wider Transformation Team.
This is a critical role providing a strategic interface between HR & OD supporting the organisational wide Target Operating Model transformation programme.
You will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR & OD colleagues to provide high level HR support, coaching and influencing as well as challenging ways of working/behaviours to develop and implement future focused people strategies
We are looking for HR Generalists (CIPD 7 equivalent) with strong experience in change management programmes including the full consultation process.
To be considered, this experience must come from the Public Sector - ideally the NHS or Local Government.
These role are offered on 12 month fixed term contracts and include hybrid working.
