Key Skills:

  • CIPD Level 7 equivalent qualification.

  • Experience in the Public Sector, ideally within the NHS or Local Government.
  • Ability to influence and coach leaders and stakeholders.

We are supporting a South London organisation in their search for 2 x HR Business Partners to be part of the wider Transformation Team. This is a critical role providing a strategic interface between HR & OD supporting the organisational wide Target Operating Model transformation programme. You will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR & OD colleagues to provide high level HR support, coaching and influencing as well as challenging ways of working/behaviours to develop and implement future focused people strategies We are looking for HR Generalists (CIPD 7 equivalent) with strong experience in change management programmes including the full consultation process. To be considered, this experience must come from the Public Sector - ideally the NHS or Local Government. These role are offered on 12 month fixed term contracts and include hybrid working.
