Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR support and coaching to leaders and stakeholders.
- Challenge existing ways of working and behaviors to implement future-focused people strategies.
- Collaborate with HR & OD colleagues to support the Target Operating Model transformation programme.
- Manage change effectively, including the full consultation process.
Key Skills:
- CIPD Level 7 equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in change management programmes.
- Experience in the Public Sector, ideally within the NHS or Local Government.
- Ability to influence and coach leaders and stakeholders.
