Summary: The role of HR Business Partner Change involves supporting HR activities and managing change projects within a complex, unionised environment for an initial contract of 2-3 months. Candidates should possess strong experience in employee relations and change management, particularly in redundancy and redeployment processes. The position requires conducting one-on-one consultations as part of the change programme while collaborating with managers. Flexibility in working hours is available, with a preference for 4-5 days per week, including on-site work in Bournemouth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations and change management processes, including redundancy and redeployment.
  • Conduct one-on-one consultation meetings as part of the change programme.
  • Collaborate with managers to navigate complex HR issues in a unionised environment.

Key Skills:

  • Strong background in employee relations (ER) and change management.
  • Experience in complex, unionised environments.
  • Chartered MCIPD qualification preferred.
  • Ability to support managers with all aspects of change management.
