Summary: The role of HR Business Partner Change involves supporting HR activities and managing change projects within a complex, unionised environment for an initial contract of 2-3 months. Candidates should possess strong experience in employee relations and change management, particularly in redundancy and redeployment processes. The position requires conducting one-on-one consultations as part of the change programme while collaborating with managers. Flexibility in working hours is available, with a preference for 4-5 days per week, including on-site work in Bournemouth.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Strong background in employee relations (ER) and change management.
- Experience in complex, unionised environments.
- Chartered MCIPD qualification preferred.
