Summary: The HR Business Partner role is a 9-month fixed-term contract with a leading big box retailer, focusing on supporting the retail estate across Yorkshire, North East, and North West. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the people agenda
- Building strong relationships with managers, providing coaching, support, and constructive challenge
- Addressing day-to-day HR issues as they arise
- Collaborating with the leadership team to drive and support change initiatives
- Offering sound, commercial advice on employment, performance management, and talent management
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within retail
- Proven expertise as a generalist HR partner
- Strong ER experience with confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders
- CIPD qualifications are advantageous
- Experience working across both corporate and head office functions
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions
- Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding core company values
- Solution-oriented, exceptionally well-organized, and an innovative problem solver
