An organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its People team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER).

Working as part of a close-knit HR team of three and reporting directly to the Head of People, the successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the business, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on a high volume of complex Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
  • Manage and support collective consultation processes, including restructures and organisational change initiatives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide expert HR advice aligned to business objectives
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with current employment legislation
  • Support wider HR projects and initiatives as required

About the Role:
This is a heavily ER-focused position, with approximately 70% of the role dedicated to managing casework and supporting organisational change. The remaining time will involve broader HR partnering activities and contributing to the overall People strategy.
