- Support wider HR projects and initiatives as required

Working as part of a close-knit HR team of three and reporting directly to the Head of People, the successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the business, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR support.

This is a heavily ER-focused position, with approximately 70% of the role dedicated to managing casework and supporting organisational change. The remaining time will involve broader HR partnering activities and contributing to the overall People strategy.
