A leading London based Banking organization is seeking to find a skilled HR Business Partner to join on a fixed-term contract for 3-6 months. This is a critical role offering the chance to make a significant contribution within a fast-paced financial services environment. This position requires someone to start immediately. We are seeking a candidate who can support our key Front Office divisions. As a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders, you will be instrumental in navigating the full spectrum of HR generalist responsibilities. This includes driving talent strategy, managing complex employee relations cases, and overseeing recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Provide expert advice on day-to-day operations, talent management, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster robust relationships with internal teams across London and Paris, while also managing external client interactions effectively.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead recruitment processes, conduct interviews, finalize offers, and accurately manage headcount and budget tracking.
