  • Proven and up to date knowledge of UK employment law and consultation processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in a multi-site environment is preferred.

Our Birmingham client is currently looking for an HR Business Partner for a 12-Month FTC to start ASAP. As HR Business Partner you will join the People Team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience during mergers, acquisitions, and TUPE transitions. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior leaders to deliver smooth organisational change, ensure legal compliance, and support cultural integration.

Key activities will include:

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and deliver people plans.
  • Leading end-to-end TUPE processes and supporting on M&A activity.
  • Partnering with leaders to deliver people plans and manage change.
  • Coaching managers through sensitive employee relations matters.
