Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner role is a 12-month fixed-term contract within a global communications firm, focusing on strategic HR support and project management. The position requires an experienced HR professional adept at building relationships and delivering integrated HR solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role involves coaching stakeholders, overseeing HR programs, and ensuring alignment with employment policies. This position offers the potential for extension beyond the initial contract period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to client groups, providing expert advice and solutions.
- Work closely with business leaders, managers, and hiring managers to ensure seamless HR support.
- Deliver integrated HR solutions in collaboration with the wider HR team.
- Coach stakeholders on performance management, team building, and cultural initiatives.
- Support talent development and retention by recommending and implementing effective HR strategies.
- Lead and execute key HR projects across the UK & Ireland, as well as the wider EMEA region.
- Oversee the roll-out of critical HR programmes, including Employee Engagement Surveys, Gender Pay Gap activities, Talent Management, and other ad hoc projects aligned with business needs.
- Ensure all HR initiatives align with employment relations policies and best practices.
