We re working with a leading healthcare tech company, looking for an experienced HR BP on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. Working within a UK based HR team of 3 you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department, ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services across a number of group companies.It s a varied role which will see you involved in all aspects of HR, allowing you to further develop your existing skills and experience. You ll be involved in everything from on-boarding to off-boarding, employee relations, performance management, policies, procedures and best practice, as well as reports and internal communications.HYBRID (2-3 days per week in office) Right next to Buckshaw Parkway train station, Chorley.What s involved?Provide comprehensive HR support across all areas, including employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Prepare HR reports and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.Create and distribute internal communications, including wellbeing newsletters, HR updates, company news, and relevant information.Undertake HR administration processes, including drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documentation accurately and efficiently.Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting background checks, collecting new hire paperwork, and facilitating Induction sessions.Support with offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.What are we looking for?Someone with a friendly and outgoing personality and a great work ethic. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Experience as a HR Advisor, with a strong understanding of generalist HR functions.Proven experience in supporting and advising in disciplinary processes, grievances, and absence management and the ability to conduct thorough investigations and analyse evidence objectively.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate data, create spreadsheets, and generate reports; proficiency in Microsoft Word using features such as mail merge is essential.Experienced using HR software, People HR desirable.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders.Knowledge of employment law and regulations.CIPD Level 5and Mental Health First Aider Certificate are desirable but not essential.What will you get in return?The chance to work with an experienced HR team across multiple UK businessesThe opportunity to broaden and strengthen your skills and experience35 hour weekA range of great benefitsHybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office)
