HR Business Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors ESM) requirements
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand their requirements and translate them into system solutions using SAP SuccessFactors ESM.
- Support the global design and requirements definition for SuccessFactors ESM and Workzone.
- Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders, HR service owners and SMEs across Asia, EMEA and the Americas.
- Work closely with implementation partners to ensure solutions are delivered in line with approved business requirements and global operating model objectives.
- Conduct detailed analysis of current HR service delivery processes, employee journeys, service models and supporting technologies.
- Document current-state ("as-is") processes, pain points, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Research HR industry best practice and emerging capabilities within SAP SuccessFactors ESM and Workzone.
- Provide support for system configurations, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Analyse and document HR processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Assist in the design, testing and implementation of system updates or new functionalities.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
- Deliver user training and create documentation for system processes and updates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HR systems with business needs.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimise functionality.
- Produce design documentation including: Business requirements, Future-state process maps, Employee journeys, Functional specifications, Design decision papers, Design governance papers for Workzone ongoing maintenance.
Profile
- A successful HR Business Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors ESM) should have: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the Employee Service Management module.
- Experience with HR systems and process analysis in the financial services sector.
- Demonstrable experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Services Management (ESM).
- Demonstrable experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Workzone.
- Experience leading global business analysis and solution design activities.
- Strong understanding of HR Shared Services operating models and HR service delivery processes.
- Experience delivering large-scale HR transformation programmes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage system-related issues effectively.
- Ability to document processes and create user-friendly training materials.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with HR and technical teams.
- Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Job Offer
Daily rate between £650 and £740, dependent on the level of experience.
Temporary contract within the banking industry.
