Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a first point of contact for global employees on operational HR matters.
- Manage accurate HR data and reporting using the Human Resource Information System (HiBob).
- Prepare monthly payroll for UK and Dubai entities.
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing and interview arrangements.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employment status changes.
- Administer global benefits, including renewal data preparation and employee queries.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely completion of HR tasks.
- Assist with immigration and global mobility processes.
- Manage annual activities like performance reviews, promotions, and compensation reviews.
- Support the Global Head of HR in key projects and daily activities.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar HR role with strong administrative skills.
- Ideally CIPD qualified (level 5) or working towards it.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with HRIS, preferably HiBob.
- Proactive time management and prioritization skills.
- Team player with a sense of humor and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, German, or Mandarin is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills.

We are currently recruiting for an HR Associate to join the Company on a 14-month fixed-term contract. This role will be based in our London office and will be part of a small but dynamic team, with the opportunity to work on a wide variety of tasks and projects. The successful candidate will be providing key day to day assistance with both routine and more complex HR tasks. They will support the Global Head of HR to provide a comprehensive end-to-end people service to our global offices.
The Role:
- Provide a first point of contact for our global employee base on all operational HR matters.
- Responsible for the accurate HR data management and reporting needs of the team, using our Human Resource Information System (HiBob).
- Preparation of the monthly payroll for UK and Dubai entities.
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle from assisting with sourcing candidates, candidate management and arranging interviews for all offices globally.
- Manage the employee lifecycle process, including onboarding, offboarding and changes in employment status.
- Responsible for all global benefit administration including preparing renewal data and handling employee queries.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and timely completion of HR related tasks.
- Assist with immigration and global mobility processes.
- In collaboration with Global Head HR manage annual activities such as the performance review process, promotion process and compensation review.
- Support Global Head HR in key HR Projects and day to day activities.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role with strong, practical HR administrative skills.
- Ideally CIPD qualified (level 5) or working towards this.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and a strong track record using HRIS, ideally HiBob.
- Pro-active time management, prioritisation skills and the resilience to adapt quickly to change.
- A team-player with a sense of humour and a ‘can-do’ attitude willing to get stuck in and take charge of tasks.
- Fluency in English required, knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, German or Mandarin) would be useful.
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening and presentation skills.
