Summary: The HR Assistant role focuses on supporting the People Partnering function by managing data in compliance with GDPR, producing reports, and assisting with employee lifecycle activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data is processed and managed in line with GDPR legislation and internal policies
  • Analyse, collate and format data from a number of sources in order to produce reports, schedules and summaries
  • Support the production and update of any cyclical activities within the employee lifecycle (Reward review etc.)
  • Support Senior Advisors and Managers with queries relating to employment terms and conditions, Company policies
  • Support the requirements of internal / external quality monitoring and compliance standards
  • Manage any policy exception requests in line with the exceptions approval process
  • Manage stakeholder expectations in terms of key process timings
  • Apply a strong focus on continuous improvement for how the process can be made more efficient and effective
  • Strive to deliver excellent customer service individually and as part of a team
  • Support Advisors and Managers and deputise as the point of contact as required

Key Skills:

  • Strong Administrative experience
  • Ideally have previous HR experience

The Role

As an individual in the People Partnering field, the role holder will focus on the following -

Contributes to the development of and understands the IBP of the relevant business area. Identifies people and organisation requirements underpinning the IBP, with a view to driving enhanced customer value. Works with CoEs and the wider HR model to integrate solutions and to evaluate suitability to sector requirements.

The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs).
