HR Advisor | Professional Services | Immediate Start - Temp Role with view to going Permanent | Mainly Office Based | £40,000 per annum

A well known business based in the heart of the city are seeking an experienced, proactive and organised HR Advisor to join their team on an initial temporary basis with the view to going permanent within their collaborative HR team. Supporting a seasoned and highly impressive HR Manager, the successful HR Advisor will provide true generalist support to a rapidly growing business. This role requires an immediate start and has the potential to go permanent for the right person.

Day to day duties may include:

  • Managing a high case load of basic through to complex ER cases autonomously, providing support to line managers and employees.
  • Training and coaching line managers and helping them prepare for disciplinary meetings
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and partner to employees and providing trust worthy people partnering support to them
  • HR project support
  • Rolling out of employee engagement projects
  • Supporting learning and development team

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing HR Advisory support within a medium sized and growing business alongside managing their own ER case load autonomously. You will have strong generalist experience, experience of using a HRIS and excellent communication skills. You must be immediately available.
