Summary: The role of HR Advisor involves providing expert guidance on complex employee relations and organizational change issues within a local authority setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and organizational change issues.

- Maintain constructive working relationships with trade union representatives and staff representatives.
- Advise and support managers on complex management of change issues including reorganisation, redundancy, and outsourcing.
