You will be considered, focused and methodical with exceptional attention to detail and proven HR expertise.A Bit About Ann Summers You might know us as the destination for must-have lingerie, or even the inventors of the Rampant Rabbit, and you re right, but we re SO much more than that We re a unique brand that strives to EMPOWER, lives to PUSH BOUNDARIES, gets kicks off MAKING IT HAPPEN and is ALWAYS INCLUSIVE!A bit about the role:First point of contact for head office and logistics people issues - tracking cases whilst supporting the People & Development Lead with more complex issuesManagement of all information which enables our payroll processes, ie. new starters, changes, leavers, ER updatesEnsuring all operational processes are efficient, fit for purpose and adhered to across the businessAdopt a hands-on approach to the line management and development of the People Coordinator, working with them to plan and prioritise their workloads, set goals and support them to continually improve their performanceManagement of org charts that reflect current colleagues and structuresResponsible for the creation and publication of an informative reporting pack that supports business strategy Partnering with payroll to ensure the right benefits and reward are in placeBenchmarking reports and analysisOngoing support with various projects to support the business strategy i.e. DE&I data, audits, process changes, reward and pay reviewsManagement of people budget and department credit cards, liaising with Finance, flagging potential overspends and ensuring PO/audit trail is in place Keep pace with industry developments and encourage the team to contribute and develop their knowledgeTake accountability, and demonstrate sound and pragmatic judgement, balancing pace, risk and business value to reach decisions which are well informed and actionableAt Ann Summers we are proud to continue embracing inclusion, diversity, and equality in our every day, supporting our people to be themselves.
