Summary: The HR Advisor role involves providing expert support in employee relations and senior stakeholder management within an NHS organization in the South of England. The position requires handling sensitive issues and a significant caseload while maintaining compliance with GDPR. The successful candidate will also need to drive for cross-site travel as required. This is an initial 6-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and support managers on investigations, including grievance, disciplinary, and bullying and harassment cases.
  • Assess options and assist managers in preparing documentation for disciplinary, grievance, capability, and attendance meetings.
  • Attend informal and formal meetings/hearings as necessary, providing advice on management reports and correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate monitoring and reporting by maintaining appropriate information in the ER tracker.
  • Take notes at relevant meetings and advise managers on high-standard record keeping compliant with GDPR.
  • Build effective relationships with local trade union/staff side representatives.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in senior stakeholder management and employee relations.
  • Driving license and access to a car.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
  • Previous experience in an NHS organization or the wider Public Sector (desirable).

Salary (Rate): 23.59
