Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end HR support, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy in systems and consistency in processes
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR matters, escalating complex cases as needed
  • Coach managers on applying HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and promoting best practice
  • Manage employee relations cases, absence, and wellbeing issues, partnering with managers to drive positive outcomes
  • Support the rollout of local and European HR initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adoption
  • Assist with organisational change projects, offering local insight and planning support
  • Partner with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent
  • Collaborate on identifying training needs and support the delivery of development solutions
  • Assist with HR reporting, including headcount and budget tracking
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR activities and communications
