Summary: The HR Advisor role is a temporary position based in the Black Country area, requiring an immediate start for an experienced HR professional. The successful candidate will provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Advising managers on employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary and grievance cases
- Supporting performance management and capability processes
- Interpreting and applying HR policies and employment legislation
- Assisting with change management and organisational initiatives
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR projects as required
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident managing employee relations cases independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable

We are currently supporting a well-established organisation based in the Black Country area with the recruitment of an experienced HR Advisor on a temporary basis (with the potential of a permanent role). This is a wonderful opportunity, ideal for a hands-on HR professional who can quickly add value within a fast-paced environment. This role requires an immediate start and the successful candidate must have experience of working in a similar HR Advisor/HR Generalist role.
The Role
